About the Portal

The TFACA Training and Firefighting Commission Certification Portal provides schedules, registration, and other essential information for the Tennessee Fire Service & Codes Enforcement Academy and the Tennessee Firefighting Commission.

This records management system helps maintain accurate, complete, and accessible lifelong records for firefighters and emergency responders who complete training through the academy or receive certifications in Tennessee.

This site allows authorized agency officials to update records, log in-service training for local departments, manage personnel records, and complete online certification exams. We hope this portal will be a helpful tool to assist with your training and certification needs.

In our efforts to streamline the registration process, we now only accept applications for courses posted to the TFACA training schedule via the Acadis Portal. You (or your training officer) will need a portal account to request enrollment. The information below will guide your next steps:

Returning Students:
