TFACA New Student: PSID Application This form is used to create a new person record in Acadis. Do NOT use this form if you have an existing PSID or are a returning student.
TFACA Returning Students: Request Registration Permissions This form is for:

Students who have a portal account and need the proper permissions to register for TFACA classes or FFC test events.

Students who need to set up a new student portal account.

This form should not be used for account lockouts. If you are unable to access your account, please contact TFACA or the Firefighting Commission for assistance.
